Refunds & Returns
ALL sales are FINAL. For sanitary and safety purposes, there will not be any cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products once your order has left our facility.
The only exception is if a mistake was done on our part during the fulfillment process. If a mistake has occurred, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item in order for us to be able to exchange it or give you store credit. When contacting us please make sure that you add any additional important information, such as pictures and an order number, in order to make this process faster for you. We apologize for any inconveniences.
LOCAL PICK UP (Clovis/Fresno):
"What happens if I don't pick up my order?"
Orders scheduled for local pick up will be held for one week only. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please plan accordingly. If your order is not picked up within a week, a store credit will be issued to you.
